This enables the estimation of potential energy savings resulting from rehabilitation or improvement of the building envelope.
The LITHEUM model incorporates key variables that influence the energy usage of buildings for heating, cooling, and lighting, such as urban form, construction systems, and user behavior. It employs a modular structure and leverages existing databases, allowing for a gradual integration of innovative methods and data.
